We offer full services for building custom homes and for remodeling projects of any size. We will schedule an initial meeting to discuss your project in detail. We will discuss your lot, budget expectations, and house plans. If you need plans developed, we will introduce you to a local draftsman or architect that we use. We can also assist you in finding internet plans.

The Initial Meeting

At the initial meeting we will discuss the building materials and finishes that you want to use. Once plans are procured, we will develop a detailed cost estimate for your project. This estimate will serve as a guide for meeting the targeted budget. We will also provide a set of construction specifications.

Selection Process

When you make selections for the materials and products for your home, we will accompany you to our vendors and suppliers. We can also provide interior designers if you so desire. Throughout the selection process, we will present energy efficient options for your consideration. We are currently using tankless water heaters and spray foam insulation on many of our houses. We will present the costs and benefits of these and other energy efficient options.

Construction Process

During the construction process, we are available for on-site meetings at your convenience. If you see something that you want to change, we are flexible and will gladly make that change. We welcome your frequent visits and always strive to keep the jobsite both clean and safe at all times.
